Lefton is not your ordinary math geek.

He's on the mathematics faculty at Georgia Tech (semi-retired), with interests at the intersection of math, computing, and data. He definitely knows a lot of mathematics, science, and technology and has worked with top researchers.

However, unlike most of his professional colleagues, he's also an accomplished comedian with decades of experience performing and teaching stand up and improv comedy.

Lefton is also an innovator and entreprenuer. He was instrumental in founding a successful nonprofit business called Decatur Makers, which has developed into a thriving makerspace serving a diverse community of artists, creatives, and builders.
